I typically charge by the project, rather than by the hour. That way, everyone’s expectations are defined up front, eliminating any "surprises" down the road.

The following will give you a general idea of what I typically charge to write specific types of projects. Please keep in mind that your project may cost less or more, depending on a wide range of factors, such as the amount of research required and the number of people involved in the approval process.
